Few things are as aggravating as setting up a tent in rainy or windy weather. Now you can avoid the frustration with the Wind Ridge instant tent, which sets up in only three seconds. The tent's revolutionary central hub system--which is built entirely from recycled material--is a breeze to use. 
The Wind Ridge tent sets up in only 3 seconds. | Simply pull the top of the tent upward and the strong flexi poles immediately snap into place. No more fussing with confusing instructions or trying to figure out how to snap the tent fabric to the tent poles. Fortunately, an easy-to-set-up design isn't the only thing the Wind Ridge has going for it. The three-season, three-person tent also offers a double-layer door, a double-layer window, and two starlight windows, giving you plenty of ventilation while you sleep. The tent will also keep you dry should the rain continue to poor, with a quick-attaching waterproof rainfly and a bathtub tarp bottom to prevent flooding and splashing. The Wind Ridge even includes a power access slot, so you can run power into the tent and plug in a light source, a small heater, or other electrical item. Other features include a gear loft, side pockets, two big shoe pockets accessible from both outside and inside, sturdy ground stakes, and a durable nylon carrying bag with handles. This tent was absolutely everything that I would have hoped for. My husband and I purchased this tent in anticipation for our 19 day anniversary road trip around the west coast. We spent many rainy nights in Oregon as well as sandy and windy nights in California, but this tent kept the elements out! I was so amazed when we first set it up in literally less than a minute. The take down was quick as well. When we were in a different national forest every other night we did not want to waste the majority of our trip setting up and taking down tents... this Instant Tent was absolutely perfect. I would and do recommend this tent to anyone!!

The most amazing feature about the "Wind Ridge Instant Tent" is how easy it is to assemble. It is almost just like an umbrella, where you pop a button and up it goes. Well, maybe not that easy but close enough to make the comparison. You can literally get this tent up and running in second. I have never seen anything like this before!
Getting it back down and into the bag is a little more difficult, and it took me a few tries to figure out the folding order necessary. But once you get the knack of it there is really no problem. Same with the rain cover, for which there are no instructions but can be figured out quite easily.
The tent is spacious, and great for two or three people, maybe even four if you are friendly enough. My wife and I did just great with room left over for all of our gear. I loved all the built in pockets and found everything extremely convenient.
In fact, we loved this tent so much we started finding the time for extra camping trips this summer just because it was so much fun to use our new tent!

This is a great tent, well designed and sturdy. It sets up EASY , even in the dark!! So far this tent has gone thru hail , freezing rain , high winds and snow. The full fly is a big plus. Any dirt that is on the bottom of the tent will make the tent walls dirty , because of the way the tent fold up. The bath tub floor to the tent is great , but still bring a tarp. This tent has made it much easier to enjoy camping!!!

I purchased this tent for myself to accompany my son on Boy Scout Camping trips. First, I am not a camper, having done very little of it. On our first trip I used a Coleman tent which was fine, but setup was somewhat annoying, often taking 2 people for some steps. This tent eliminated any setup issues. It literally erects in 5 minutes including attaching the rain fly. On our second night we had a massive thunder storm. The tent did well, with very little moisture intrusion.
Some minor negatives: The instructions could be better. There are no instructions for attaching the rain fly, and if you have never set up a tent before this could cause trouble. I wish the door had a zipper across the bottom.
I could not get the tent back in the bag, but for me that is nothing new.
